When I find myself in a situation that is stressful or I don’t know what to do (like an emergency, or an important deadline at work and unexpect finanical emergency). I freak out. I get really bad anxiety and my mind starts racing about what I’m going to do. I get tense, nervous and extremely stressed out.

What are some ways to deal with this anxiety. It’s starting to overcome my life.

Im getting a counsler, but she just feels like she is going to stop breatheing and that she is not getting enough air,but its just her anxiety.
