   Anxiety.
   The easy way would be to take medication like xanax or something otherwise you have to take medication like xanax or maybe drink some relaxation.

   Anxiety as normal process that may embarrass you somewhat in the short term but will eventually be muted through positive experiences and burgeoning self confidence brought on my social maturation.
