I have no idea what anxiety attacks are or what they feel like but today in my class I started to stop breathing and my chest kind of tightened up. I started shaking. But I don’t know what it is. I have been having pains in my chest and pains right under my bra under wire. I described the pain to my parents and they think it is an anxiety attack.
