Music therapy is the employment of music to address the physical, emotional, cognitive, and social wishes of a group or individual. It employs a spread of activities, eg listening to tunes, playing an instrument, drumming, writing songs, and guided photographs. In the receptive process, the specialist offers music listening experiences, for instance using music to help a shopper or group’s relaxation.
